Background: Father from Itu‘muta and Motusa, mother from Noa‘tau.  Married to Voi Manueli with three daughters. Resides in  Noa‘tau.

Work Experience: Has taught since 1984 in Rotuma High School. Looks after the home economics section in the TVET Department.

Interests / Hobbies: Baking, needlework and reading.
