Fiji Navy Visit
On Friday, 30 September, a Fiji naval ship arrived at the island during a patrol of Fiji waters. The crew visited the high school, led by Lieutenant I.B Tuisawau and Sub-Lieutanant Ben Salacakau of the Royal Fiji Navy. They addressed the students regarding safety at sea, including the use of life jackets and fire flares.
The crew demonstrated the different types of fire flares. The students enjoyed the career talk presented by a navy official. The day ended with friendly rugby match with the RHS team.
