Atoll Recording, was established in December 2003, by Savea Khan to record and promote Rotuman music. Fara songs of Rotuma Vol. 1 was recorded in late 2003 and has 14 songs. Fara Songs of Rotuma Vol. 2 was released in September 2006.

The artists on this new CD are Savea Khan, John William, and Joije Susau. As with volume 1, most of the songs are from the 60s and 70s with today's rhythms. This album is dedicated to the Rotuman people and composers of the songs recorded on the album.
