A cake in the form of the church at Sumi, Juju. The cake was baked in Nadi, Fiji, and brought to Rotuma for the celebration of the 150th anniversary of the Catholic Church. The cake was 6-1/2 feet high, 6 feet long and 3-1/2 feet wide. It weighed 150 kilos and was made from 62 kilos of flour, 52 kilos of sugar, and included 344 eggs. |
